Concrete marker denoting the Southernmost Point of the Continental United States, at least the one that is accessable to the public.  The US Navy owns the actual point.

Somewhere out there is the actual southern most point in the Continental United States.

Now that's much better, the dent is nearly covered!

I always enjoy photographing the sharp geometric lines of the ship and the scenery.

View from Mallory Square.  It's easy to see why Key West requires cruise ships to leave before sunset.

 
And they do have a pretty good sloppy joe sandwich!
