10/31/06. Greeted with showers in the morning, and a total of SEVEN cruise ships in port, Cozumel is a hub of tourist activity, but never disappointing.
 
The island barely visible as we arrive to scattered showers.
Here it comes...

Cleared right up.
The airport runway, right on the edge of the sea.
Freedom of the Seas off in the distance.
Constellation beat us here quite handily.
The shallow water line is clearly visible.

Here comes a tender, and another view of the airport runway.
We're using the large shore based tenders here. It was a bit choppy on the windward side of the ship, so the tender is going around to the leward side for smoother transfers.
Another shower headed toward Playa Del Carman on the mainland.
